RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At The V Republic your satisfaction is guaranteed. The return & exchange is subject to the following terms and conditions.

For Return & Exchange of products, Customer to call The V Republic Helpline or e-mail us at citizencare@thevrepublic.com for assistance.

  • The products should be accompanied with a valid proof of purchase.
  • The products must be unopened, with all the original packaging intact. Once the product is opened or used, then refund or exchange is not applicable due to hygiene and personal safety.
  • Any unopened product bought from The V Republic online store can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refund of products purchased through credit/debit card will be refunded ONLY to the same credit/debit card used for the transaction.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • 6 months warranty on the device only.  If the device is faulty, it can be exchanged up to 6 months from the Original purchase invoice date
  • A Proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty
  • If the products show signs of damage due to misuse or wear and tear, they will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. (Liquid and physical damages are not covered under warranty).
  • Warranty does not apply to Disposables, E-Liquids & accessories.
  • The V Republic reserves the right to accept or neglect any claim.
