RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At The V Republic your satisfaction is guaranteed. The return & exchange is subject to the following terms and conditions.

GENERAL EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the order date, provided they are:
    • In their original sealed packaging
    • Unused and unopened
    • In the same condition as received
  •  Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons. Please verify that you have received the correct product and specifications before opening the packaging.

PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

  • All products sold on THE V REPUBLIC are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official manufacturers or authorized distributors, and delivered in original factory packaging.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & SPECIFICATIONS

  • We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. For detailed technical specifications, compatibility, or advanced product inquiries, customers may refer to the official manufacturer websites.
  • Product versions, box contents, and specifications may vary by manufacturer. We recommend reviewing the manufacturer’s official website and product packaging details before purchase.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

  • THE V REPUBLIC is not responsible for unsuitable product selection or improper usage. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product specifications, usage instructions, and compatibility before purchasing.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS POLICY

REPORTING TIMEFRAME

  • Claims related to manufacturing defects are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order and are eligible for exchange only.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURING DEFECT?

Examples of valid manufacturing defects may include:

  • Device not powering on or functioning
  • Screen display issues (such as abnormal lines)
  • Center pin malfunction
  • Structural or hardware defects in the device body

WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURING DEFECT?

The following are generally considered part of normal device behavior or usage and are not classified as manufacturing defects:

  • Leakage or condensation
  • Minor filtration
  • Fast battery consumption
  • Device warmth or heat
  • Flavor/taste differences
  • Response time variations
  • Reading accuracy fluctuations

PRODUCT-SPECIFIC EXCHANGE TERMS

DISPOSABLE DEVICES

  • If a disposable vape is non-functional upon delivery, it will be replaced free of charge, including shipping.
  • If the device works initially and stops functioning after use, it is not eligible for replacement or return.

VAPE DEVICES / MODS

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed and reported within 24 hours of delivery, the device may be exchanged for a new one.
  • Any reusable spare parts that remain usable may be deducted from the replacement process where applicable.

TANKS / PODS / CARTRIDGES

  • Manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours are eligible for replacement.

COILS & SPARE PARTS

  • Defective coils or spare parts reported within 24 hours of receipt may be replaced if confirmed non-functional.

IMPORTED E-LIQUIDS

  • Imported e-liquids are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless:
    • The product is expired
    • The bottle remains fully sealed

LOCAL E-LIQUIDS

  • Locally manufactured e-liquids may be eligible for return or exchange after contacting our support team for evaluation.

HOW TO REPORT A MANUFACTURING DEFECT

  • Record a clear video showing the issue with the product.
  • Send the video to THE V REPUBLIC Technical Support Team for review and evaluation.

Our team will assess the issue and provide the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
